I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and accredited coach, with experience across both corporate and independent settings.

My work has included leadership and organisational development within a large global organisation, alongside executive and individual coaching across a range of roles and contexts.

I am particularly interested in supporting people through transition, leadership development, and changes in role or context.

Alongside my independent work, I currently work as a Coach-Mentor Supervisor, supporting the development of coaches in their practice.

My approach is grounded, pragmatic and reflective, drawing on psychological theory alongside practical experience to support clear thinking and purposeful action.
